As the title suggests, the monumental Showa-era detective drama 'G-Men '75', which began in "1975" (Showa 50) and aired for seven years until 1982, totaling 354 episodes (+ final special), is finally making its appearance as a "complete series" 4K scanned, HD Remaster Blu-ray BOX. For the first time ever, all episodes, including 80 famous episodes previously only available on DVD masters, have been newly remastered, making this the first high-definition package of the entire series. Volume 1, the "1975 Edition," will be released on Wednesday, July 8, and will include a "full-volume storage acrylic case" as a first-press bonus. Each volume will also come with a "special sleeve case" featuring the iconic opening sequence of the G-Men walking in formation on a runway (members vary by volume) and a newly produced commentary booklet. The G-Men return to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Hall on Saturday, August 1, 2026! Furthermore, a special 50th-anniversary event will be held on Saturday, August 1.
