東急不動產股份有限公司（總公司：東京都澀谷區，代表取締役社長：星野 浩明，以下稱「東急不動產」）與DIGGLE股份有限公司（總公司：東京都澀谷區，代表取締役社長：山本 清貴，以下稱「DIGGLE」）透過與DIGGLE的共創合作，在DIGGLE公司遷入惠比壽Business Tower（所在地：東京都澀谷區）的工程中，實現了內裝建材的「水平回收」。此舉將先前辦公室工程產生的內裝建材，透過材質回收再利用，製成環保再生內裝建材，並應用於另一處辦公室。
此項措施是東急不動產於2026年3月啟動的環境先進夥伴關係「team green」※1的環保政策之一，同時也為合作夥伴DIGGLE公司的永續發展活動做出貢獻。此外，作為東急不動產的環保行動，我們也對相當於DIGGLE公司辦公室工程面積十倍的區域進行了森林保育。

透過共創實現內裝建材水平回收，減少4.7噸二氧化碳排放量
在2025年10月至2026年2月期間實施的DIGGLE公司遷入工程中，我們率先採用了由再生材料製成的再生內裝建材（再生石膏板、再生地毯），實踐了「水平回收」。
再生內裝建材是透過材質回收技術，將廢棄的內裝建材再製而成。這能減少原料的開採、加工、運輸及製造等流程，有效抑制製造過程中產生的二氧化碳排放量。本次工程約減少了4,697公斤的二氧化碳排放※2。
此外，東急不動產也推動與利害關係人行動相應的森林保育措施。本次工程中，作為「team green」環保政策的一環，採用再生內裝建材，並對相當於DIGGLE公司辦公室工程面積十倍的4,633平方公尺的岡山縣西粟倉村森林進行了保育。此舉亦有助於保護生物多樣性及維持地區永續的自然環境。
