NBI Holdings and PROSPER, who have been promoting this REIT formation project for regional revitalization and the creation of new living spaces, have gained the support of these new investors, and together we aim to commence REIT operations in 2029, contributing to the revitalization of regional economies.

REIT for Regional Revitalization and Creation of New Living Spaces That We Aim For

"Furusato Partners" will form an REIT with the concept of revitalizing regional tourism and will establish a system to collaborate with financial institutions and corporate partners nationwide as a platform for creating long-term value in regions and areas. Specifically, by accepting investments from regional financial institutions and corporate partners into the asset management company "Furusato Partners," it will be possible to realize regional revitalization and the creation of new living spaces in various areas together with "Furusato Partners."

In agreement with the vision of regional revitalization advocated by "Furusato Partners," following the investment from The Chugoku Bank, Ltd. in May 2026, and the current investments from Tokyu Land, The Ryukyu Bank, and The Yamanashi Chuo Bank, we plan to receive investments from multiple regional financial institutions in the future.

The participation of Tokyu Land aims to promote the regeneration and revitalization of resort towns rooted in their regions, leveraging the company's expertise in resort development and operation cultivated to date. The participation of The Ryukyu Bank and The Yamanashi Chuo Bank aims to promote value-up investments in hotels, inns, etc., primarily in Okinawa Prefecture and Yamanashi Prefecture, where each bank has a strong customer base and network. By integrating the real estate investment and management know-how cultivated by NBI Holdings with the expertise and regional connections that both banks have built over many years as regional financial institutions, we will contribute to the revitalization of the tourism industry and the sustainable development of regional economies.

Future Outlook

"Furusato Partners" plans to commence REIT operations in the summer of 2029. At the time of commencement, the REIT's asset size is projected to be 50 billion yen, with a goal of growing to approximately 200 billion yen within the following five years.

Born in 1971. Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Policy Management in 1994.
