Tokyu Land Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Tatsume Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and JR West Properties Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kensuke Oyama) announce the completion of the new "LOGI'Q Ichihara" (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture; hereinafter referred to as "the Property") on April 30, 2026.

The Property is located approximately 5.3km from the Keiyo Road "Soga IC" and approximately 5.8km from the Tateyama Expressway "Ichihara IC," making it a location capable of covering not only the Tokyo metropolitan area but also the entire Kanto region, suitable for wide-area distribution. It is a multi-tenant logistics warehouse with over 35,000 sqm of total floor area, standing 5 stories tall (including a mezzanine office floor). By ingeniously arranging the building, both first-floor double-sided berths and a ramp to the second floor are secured, allowing for diverse needs with a minimum divisible area of approximately 2,260 tsubo (approx. 7,450 sqm), capable of accommodating up to four tenants.

Furthermore, given its development near the Keiyo Coastal Petrochemical Complex, where there is high demand for heavy object storage, the load-bearing capacity of all four warehouse floors has been set at 2t/sqm, which is a distinctive feature, as 1.5t/sqm is common. Additionally, it is a highly rare property that considers the characteristics of the industrial area, such as the introduction of a low-floor berth on the second floor, allowing direct loading and unloading of cargo from trucks using forklifts.

The building plan also incorporates environmental considerations, such as using electricity generated by solar panels installed on the rooftop for a portion of the building's power. It has obtained CASBEE A rank, BELS 6stars, and 'ZEB' certifications.
