This is part of our company's DX vision "Digital Fusion: Removing all boundaries with the power of digital," which aims for over 100 billion yen in cumulative DX and new business investments from fiscal years 2025 to 2030, and is an initiative to achieve advanced DX.

■Background of Development: Challenges in Meeting Operations

While many meeting minute creation tools have emerged with the normalization of online meetings, most of them specialize in "summarizing the content of a single meeting." As a result, it has been difficult to ensure consistency with decisions made in past regular meetings and to carry over context across multiple meetings, leading to repeated discussions and the need to constantly review past minutes.

To solve these issues, we developed our own meeting minute creation tool and filed a patent for a navigation function that supports meeting progress based on past minutes.
