Tokyu Land Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroaki Hoshino; hereinafter 'Tokyu Land Corporation'), which develops the 'COMFORIA' and 'COMFORIA LIV' series of rental residences operated by Tokyu Housing Lease Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeru Hashimoto; hereinafter 'Tokyu Housing Lease'), has announced that it will sequentially switch all electricity used in the common areas of these properties to a renewable energy plan provided by Re-ene Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Takashi Kojima; hereinafter 'Re-ene'), a company within the Tokyu Group responsible for renewable energy supply, starting in May 2026. By attaching FIT non-fossil fuel energy certificates to all 24 eligible facilities (excluding certain properties), the electricity used in common areas will be effectively 100% renewable, contributing to the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
