Royal Hotel, Ltd. (Osaka City, Kita-ku, Nakanoshima, President and Representative Director Fumikazu Ueda) will open its new brand hotel under Regal Hotels, "Uncard by Regal Osaka Namba," on Friday, April 3, 2026, following development by Tokyu Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director Hiroaki Hoshino). The concept is "PLAYFUL OSAKA". Featuring a dynamic mural in the lobby inspired by the "Phoenix," said to be a harbinger of good fortune, along with art that evokes the energetic atmosphere of the Namba/Shinsekai area, and warm, friendly service, it offers a memorable "PLAYFUL" stay experience.

The new hotel is ideally located within walking distance of "Shinsekai," known for Tsutenkaku Tower, "Ura-Namba," where food culture blends, and "Otaku Road," a mecca for subcultures, allowing guests to fully enjoy Osaka's local gourmet and unique tourist spots.

The hotel features 200 guest rooms, each with a bathroom with a washing area and a separate toilet, a restaurant where guests can enjoy Osaka-style dishes from breakfast to dinner, including "Western-style takoyaki" grilled on a teppan and mixed juice, and a large public bath and sauna on the top floor. In all areas, artists with ties to Osaka have adorned the spaces with art full of individuality and playfulness, embodying "PLAYFUL OSAKA".
