Aiming to be a builder essential to local customers, the company now operates 12 locations across Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures. Constructing approximately 300 homes annually, the firm has achieved the status of No. 1 in custom home housing starts in Miyagi Prefecture for 14 consecutive years.

In November 2025, the company joined the Yamada Holdings Group. Leveraging the group's strength, the company plans to enhance its residential development business, promote ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) and solar housing, and improve customer services through the use of DX and AI.
