New Facility 'Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theatre & Conference' in Tokyo Station Yaesu Pre-Opens Today, May 1st (Friday)!

Pia Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hiroshi Yanai; hereinafter 'Pia') and Congrès Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Noriko Takeuchi; hereinafter 'Congrès') are pleased to announce that 'Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theatre & Conference' (hereinafter 'this facility'), a jointly operated theater and conference facility, pre-opened today, May 1, 2026, within the large-scale complex TOFROM YAESU TOWER (※1) in front of Tokyo Station.

※1 Tokyo Station Yaesu 1-chome East B District Category 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, completed on February 28, 2026.

This facility has been developed leveraging the advantageous location of TOFROM YAESU TOWER, which is directly connected to Tokyo Station via the Yaesu Underground Mall (Yaechika) and directly accessible from major domestic cities via the underground bus terminal (Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu Underground A).

It consists of the 'Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theatre,' Tokyo Station's first tiered theater (※2) capable of seating 806 people, and the 'Tokyo Tatemono Pia Conference,' which includes two flat-floor halls (large and small) and 10 conference rooms.

※2 A theater with tiered seating where the rear seats are elevated, primarily intended for plays, musicals, and music live performances.

Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theatre

The 'Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theatre' (806 seats), Tokyo Station's first tiered theater located on the 3rd to 6th floors of TOFROM YAESU TOWER, can accommodate a wide range of uses, including straight plays and musicals, as well as music live performances, seminars, and ceremonies.

The 'Tokyo Tatemono Pia Conference,' located on the 5th and 6th floors of TOFROM YAESU TOWER, features two flat-floor halls: the 'TO YAESU HALL' with a maximum capacity of 828 seats, and the 'FROM YAESU HALL' with a maximum capacity of 140 seats, along with 10 conference rooms that can be used for various occasions. In addition to seminars and lectures, it can be utilized for parties, large-scale exhibitions, and traditional festivals and exchange events that have been inherited for many years by local communities and neighborhood associations within the YNK area.

This facility aims to be a 'place' where many people meet and enjoy both entertainment and business, under the concept of 'This is a place that connects many ties.'

◆ 8 Mechanisms to Connect Ties

Various '8' motifs are hidden throughout the facility, such as art and greenery installed in the entrances on the 5th and 6th floors, the 6th-floor foyer, art panels adorning the 10 conference rooms, and toilet signs.

The '8,' inspired by the place name 'Yaesu' (八重洲), represents the shape formed by two intertwined circles (縁 - en, meaning ties/karma). The moment you enjoy searching for the hidden '8' will create new conversations one after another, making the 'ties' of connecting people special.

◆ Conference Rooms Inspired by the Changing Seasons

The 10 conference rooms, Room A to Room J, can be connected to form up to three rooms. Each room is designed with motifs inspired by the seasonal traditions of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. While experiencing the story of how people's hearts intertwine and new 'ties' are spun through the changing seasons, you can use these rooms for meetings and important business negotiations.

The strip-type LED display on the 6th floor of the Conference realizes diverse productions. It can project any desired video, from stage productions to real-time camera footage, supporting all event scenes with the latest video solutions. Up to 6 units can be connected, forming a giant monitor equivalent to 163 inches when 6 units are connected.
