TOKYO MX (Tokyo Metropolitan Television, Ltd., HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has announced that it will hold a live event for its ongoing music talk show 'Resident of Room 70' (broadcast live every Wednesday from 21:25-21:54). The event, titled 'Resident of Room 70 LIVE!!!! THE GARAGE,' will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Spotify O-WEST.

Having held three program live events so far, 'Resident of Room 70' is launching a new series, 'THE GARAGE,' which focuses on young artists! It's a live series where the heat of this moment comes together, transcending genres and career lengths.

The memorable first installment will feature three young artists currently gathering significant attention—Hashirikomies, Elsewhere Kikou, and Super Tozanbu—along with Sunny Day Service, whom program MC Daisuke Toyama publicly declares as 'especially amazing live right now!!' They will stand on the same stage as the young artists, shining a light on today's music.

Furthermore, in addition to the live performances, there will be a talk segment unique to 'Resident of Room 70.'

There are no plans to broadcast a digest of this performance on the program. It is a special live event where only those who come to the venue can experience the atmosphere created on this day, in this place.
