[Kinameru Farm] Original Character "Kinameru" 4-Panel Comic Series to Begin - New Project to Deliver Daily Life and Charm of Agriculture through Manga!

Kinameru Farm (Location: Oura-machi, Oura-gun, Gunma Prefecture, Representative: Tomoki Moroi) will launch a 4-panel comic series featuring its original farm character "Kinameru" (pronounced Kinameru) starting Monday, May 4, 2026, at 7 PM.
Kinameru is a beloved character also featured in the farm's original brand "Busoumai." This series, while incorporating that worldview, is a new project designed to convey the daily life and charm of agriculture, as well as the farm's dedication to soil preparation and cultivation, in a more approachable manner.
The series will primarily be published on the official website, X, Instagram, and TikTok, and will provide information from Kinameru Farm's unique perspective, making agriculture feel more familiar.

About the Original Character "Kinameru"
"Kinameru" is Kinameru Farm's original character.
Born to connect the agricultural field with dining tables, and producers with consumers, Kinameru is developed as an iconic character that communicates the farm's worldview and initiatives.
Until now, the character's worldview has been expanded through illustrations and product planning.
In this 4-panel comic series, we aim to express Kinameru's charm in a more everyday context, clearly conveying the appeal of agriculture and the farm's atmosphere, thereby nurturing it as "farm content that gets read."

Manga artist Junnosuke Ishii received an honorable mention in the "71st Shogakukan New Comic Award" in 2012 and has since been active primarily in Bessatsu CoroCoro Comic.
His previous works include "Nyaemon," "Shin Konchu Oh Mushiking," and "Zanmaru," with "Zanmaru" also being published as a standalone volume. In recent years, he has been active in a wide range of fields, including providing illustrations for related books such as "Detective Conan's Ultimate Maze," "Detective Conan's Research File," "Detective Conan's Invention Doctor," and "Detective Conan's Cipher Doctor."
This time, Junnosuke Ishii will participate in Kinameru Farm's 4-panel comic series.
We welcome him as an artist who can deliver the charm and daily atmosphere of agriculture to many people with an approachable and rhythmic expression, and we will deliver a new 4-panel comic series unique to this project.

While the series is themed around agriculture, it does not focus solely on specialized content, valuing approachability so that even those new to the subject can enjoy it.
We aim for content that expresses the daily life of the farm, seasonal tasks, and the philosophy behind soil preparation and cultivation with the rhythm unique to 4-panel comics, allowing viewers to enjoy Kinameru Farm's unique perspective and the worldview of the original brand "Busoumai."
