You can nap face-down in ramen. Taki-Ko Sewing develops a bowl-shaped bead cushion, realized through collaboration with 'Nagoya Spicy Ramen Shachirin Okazaki Store'.

Reproduces Shachirin Okazaki Store's popular menu item "Hormone Ramen."

Taki-Ko Sewing Co., Ltd. (Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture), which operates the bead cushion brand "HANALOLO," has developed a "bowl-shaped bead cushion" inspired by ramen bowls in collaboration with Nagoya Spicy Ramen Shachirin Okazaki Store.

This product is a bead cushion with a realistic graphic print of the popular menu item "Hormone Ramen," finished in a three-dimensional form that resembles the bowl itself. While round cushions with ramen patterns have existed before, the unique feature of this product is its planning to recreate not just the graphic but the actual shape of a ramen bowl.

It offers visual impact and practical usability as a cushion, with a particularly recommended use being to nap face-down in the ramen. It was developed as an item that you'd want to show off during your workplace lunch break.

We want to create "merchandise that passionate fans can be 'enthusiastic' about."

Ramen shops have core fans who are strongly drawn to the taste of a single bowl and visit repeatedly.
On the other hand, merchandise for dining establishments often consists of ordinary items like T-shirts, towels, and stickers.

What Taki-Ko Sewing aimed for this time was:

"Merchandise that passionate fans can be 'enthusiastic' about."
Instead of just putting a logo on it, we wanted to realistically reproduce "ramen" itself, the symbol of the shop. This idea sparked the planning of this ramen cushion.

Quality that's mistaken for the real thing!

A collaboration project born from an encounter with the store owner, originating in Okazaki.

Nagoya Spicy Ramen Shachirin Okazaki Store is popular for its ramen, which has a delicious spiciness and an addictive quality that makes you want to eat it again.

This project was realized through an encounter between Shogo Takigawa, the third generation of Taki-Ko Sewing and a big fan of Shachirin, and Daisuke Aoki of Dice LLC, which operates Shachirin Okazaki Store.

The commercialization of the bowl-shaped cushion was inspired by Mr. Aoki's experience of a drunken customer falling asleep while eating ramen and ending up with their face in the spicy noodles.

This is a local collaboration born from the partnership of people doing business in the region.

Unsold item for the 3rd anniversary, a "rare prize" that's not easily obtainable.

With Mr. Aoki's desire to have customers who "truly love Shachirin use it," this product is planned as a non-sale item. It is envisioned as a prize for events celebrating Shachirin Okazaki Store's 3rd anniversary on May 5th.

Details will be announced soon on the Shachirin Okazaki Store Instagram.

Available in three sizes: Regular, Large, and Extra Large.
