[First in Hokuriku] Completion Tour of New Office Building Using LC-core Construction Method in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa, May 8-10

(President: Kentaro Kubota / Headquarters: Okayama City, Okayama), will hold a fully-reserved completion tour over three days from Friday, May 8, to Sunday, May 10, 2026. The tour will feature the new office building of Gou Plumbing & Equipment Industry Co., Ltd. (President: Susumu Yamaguchi / Headquarters: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa), which is scheduled for completion on Tuesday, May 5, using the CLT panel construction method.

The tour is aimed at those considering the construction of non-residential buildings such as offices, stores, and facilities in the Hokuriku region, as well as housing and construction companies considering entering the non-residential wooden construction business.

<Architectural Rendering>

This will be the first completion tour in the Hokuriku region of a building using the 'LC-core construction method', an original CLT panel construction method developed by the Japan CLT Technology Research Institute. At the completion tour, visitors can see the new 3-story office building that realizes an open space unique to the 'LC-core construction method'.
