Nippon Information Create Co., Ltd. announced the launch of the "Vacant Room Power Option" as a new feature for its rental management software, "Chintai Kakumei." This service automates the activation and deactivation of electricity during room vacancies, eliminating power cost burdens for property managers and owners. Starting in May 2026, it will integrate via API with "Vacant Room Power DX," provided by DUAL Co., Ltd. By simply registering move-ins and move-outs, the system handles electricity procedures and billing settlements. It fundamentally automates operations without requiring faxing or dual data entry, significantly reducing workloads while creating new revenue opportunities through utility referral commissions.
