The transaction, effective from February 13, 2026, to April 21, 2026 (as per decision), involves a contract with Chung Yuan Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd., a non-related party. The total contract value is NTD 968,178,400. The contract period is set from February 13, 2026, to July 31, 2027. This acquisition is intended for production and operational purposes, ensuring the continued expansion and maintenance of SPIL's manufacturing capabilities.
