Reason for Change and Main Content: I. REALSUN WATER CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as REALSUN WATER) is executing the third phase of the "Taoyuan County Taoyuan Area Sewage System Construction, Operation, Transfer (BOT) Project." The contract was signed with SHENG LUNG GREEN ENERGY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as SHENG LUNG COMPANY) in July 2021. II.
