[Featuring Special Cocktails by a Star Overseas Bartender] Perrier, Paragon, and Planteray Rum to Exhibit at a Joint Booth at Tokyo International Bar Show 2026

Nichifutsu Boeki K.K. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / President: Guillaume Carou) will exhibit at the "Tokyo International Bar Show 2026," held on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10, 2026.

This year, in a joint booth with group company Union Liquors K.K., we will showcase cocktails using "Perrier / Paragon (*new brand) / Planteray Rum." Additionally, on Saturday the 9th, we will invite a gorgeous guest bartender from overseas to serve special, one-day-only cocktails to everyone.

Guest Mr. Peter Chua (Night Hawk) "Night Hawk," a bar in Singapore that ranked 77th in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025. This immersive bar, based on the concept of blending the past, present, and future, offers guests an overwhelming worldview. On the day, we will invite Director Peter to present special cocktails using Perrier, Paragon, and Planteray Rum to everyone.

Exhibiting Brands

Perrier "Perrier," a carbonated mineral water from Southern France with an iconic green bottle. Loved as a mixer in the bar industry, we will serve Perrier in cocktails. Also, during the exhibition, free sampling of Perrier (330ml cans) will be conducted. Enjoy the refreshing carbonated water between cocktails.

PARAGON (New Brand) PARAGON is a single-botanical cordial that focuses on rare plants growing in remote areas around the world, maximizing their complex flavors. The "Pepper Collection," the first chapter of the series, features a lineup of three types: Rue Berry, Timur Berry, and White Penja Pepper. To maximize the flavor of the pepper, a combination of extraction techniques such as supercritical CO2 extraction, infusion, and distillation is used. Furthermore, it is based on two types of acids; citric acid provides a refreshing first impression, while lactic acid brings a long, rich finish.

PLANTERAY RUM "PLANTERAY RUM," which has been popular in Japan for many years under the name "Plantation Rum," renewed its brand name starting in 2025. We will deliver Planteray Rum cocktails woven by Alexandre Gabriel, the master blender of Planteray Rum, which has fans all over the world.
