■ What is the Matsuhama Area Renovation College?

It is a two-day intensive college where participants learn about area renovation and actually consider businesses, focusing on idle real estate in the Matsuhama area of Niigata City's Kita Ward.
Participants will learn hands-on about what area renovation is, how to utilize idle real estate, skills for commercialization, and networking.
On the final day, a public presentation will be held for real estate owners.
Follow-up support will be provided after the event to assist with commercialization.
