## Announcement Regarding the Establishment of MVV (Mission, Vision, Value)

Shinko Electric Industries Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have established a new "MVV (Mission, Vision, Value)" to accelerate our efforts toward future growth and leap forward.

This "MVV" redefines our Mission (our raison d'être in society), Vision (our desired future image), and Value (the values that our group employees should cherish). By sharing and practicing the newly established "MVV" among all group employees, we aim to enhance our corporate value and strive for "unlimited development."

### Background of MVV Establishment

Taking the opportunity of the change in capital structure and management system last year, and our 80th anniversary this year, we have completely reviewed the previous "SHINKO Way." In consideration of the significantly changing environment, we established the new "MVV" to clarify the direction our group should take toward the future.

In the formulation process, workshops were held with the participation of diverse employees to reflect their opinions, particularly on the Values. By placing the philosophy inherited since our founding ("Unlimited Development") as a core value, we defined the "MVV" as a reflection of thoughts connecting the past, present, and future.
