Fuso Dentsu Formulates "Health Management Strategy Map" to Further Promote Health Management

Fuso Dentsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Eiji Aritomi; hereinafter "the Company") has formulated a "Health Management Strategy Map" to realize a workplace environment where each employee is physically and mentally healthy and can maximize their individual abilities.

This strategy map was formulated as a policy to systematically promote health management by integrally organizing and visualizing health management goals and numerical indicators (KGI), health measures (health investment), and their effects.

■ Overview of the Health Management Strategy Map

Since starting its health management initiatives in 2018 as part of work style reforms, the Company has continuously promoted them as one of the key measures in its medium-term management plan. Since 2020, it has continuously acquired certification as an Excellent Health and Productivity Management Organization (large-scale corporate division), and since 2022, it has positioned health management as one of the important themes in sustainability management.

Based on these initiatives, we have now formulated the "Health Management Strategy Map" to organize the relationship between health measures and goals/outcomes, and to promote health management more systematically.

This strategy map organizes the concept of achieving final goals by starting with health measures, leading to changes in employees' awareness, behavior, and health status.

■ Health Management Initiatives

The Company positions health management as one of the important themes in its management and has been promoting initiatives to maintain and improve the physical and mental health of its employees, such as ensuring the implementation of health checkups, enhancing and strengthening follow-up after checkups, mental health measures, and promoting flexible work styles.

Going forward, we will use the formulated Health Management Strategy Map as a policy for promoting health management, deepen each employee's understanding, encourage and establish voluntary health actions, and continuously execute each measure and verify its effects to promote health management.
