Highwealth Construction Increases Contract Value for C1 Project in Jiangcui, Banqiao due to Rising Costs

Highwealth Construction (Ai Shan Lin) announced an upward adjustment to the contract value for the new construction project at the Jiangcui Section in Banqiao, New Taipei City (C1 Project). The adjustment is driven by surging raw material prices, increased land engineering costs, and labor/material shortages. The contract with Li Xin Construction is increased by NT$348,455,436, of which the company will bear NT$139,382,174 (40%). The revised total project cost is NT$2,128,466,891.
