■ About Awamori 'Tsuki Shochujo'

'Tsuki Shochujo' is a terroir awamori made using 100% rice from Iheya Island, Okinawa Prefecture, using earthenware steaming, earthenware fermentation, and the only earthenware distillation in Okinawa Mainland. It is characterized by a fragrant roasted aroma and a refined sweet aroma reminiscent of baked fruits, and has gained worldwide recognition as a premium brand that reflects the climate and traditional technology of Okinawa.
