2. Participation Methods
(1) On-site Participation
　　　Location: CO-CAGE Kitchen, 11th Floor, Tokushima Prefectural Office
　　　Capacity: Approximately 40 people (first-come, first-served basis, advance registration required)
(2) Online Participation
　　　Using Zoom (advance registration required, communication charges etc. are the responsibility of the participant.)
　　　No upper limit on capacity.

3. Content
(1) Panel Discussion with Senior Staff
　　　Explanation of job duties and Q&A session by senior staff from "Administrative Affairs, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, General Civil Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries."
(2) Overview of the Recruitment Examination
　　　Explanation of the recruitment exam, including changes and schedule for the fall examination.
(3) Individual Question Corner (for on-site participants only)
