Tokushima City and Sendai City in Miyagi Prefecture have deepened their exchange for many years since forming a tourism sister city partnership in 1970 (Showa 45), including dispatching goodwill delegations to each other.

This time, in conjunction with the "Sendai Aoba Festival," the Tokushima City Awa Odori Goodwill Delegation will visit Sendai City and perform Awa Odori at the Sendai Aoba Festival venue. We invite everyone to come and witness the passionate Awa Odori performance.
