Teikoku Fudosan Begins Sponsorship of Ozeki Yasuseinishiki and Ajigawa Stable

Teikoku Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hironori Kimoto; hereinafter "Teikoku Fudosan") has commenced sponsorship of Ozeki Yasuseinishiki and the Ajigawa sumo stable (Tokyo). The objective is to preserve sumo, a traditional Japanese culture, and support the development of wrestlers. Sponsorship banners will be displayed at the Reiwa 8th Grand Sumo Tournament May Basho (Summer Tournament).

■ Background

Under the philosophy of "Beautiful living from home," our company has been engaged in creating value rooted in local communities through a business that consistently handles everything from rental housing development to property management.

In 2023, we completed the construction of the Ajigawa sumo stable, which we designed and built. This stable is operated as a place to foster connections with the community through sumo, a national sport.

Grand Sumo has a long history as a traditional Japanese culture and plays an important role in the development of wrestlers and building relationships with local communities.
