The city and the company have previously advanced initiatives in areas such as health promotion and traffic safety. Moving forward, they will expand their efforts into various fields, including matters related to elderly care and enhancing their purpose in life, as well as cultural and sports promotion, thereby strengthening their collaboration towards realizing a community where residents can live with peace of mind.

Kawanishi City has concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with Nippon Life Insurance Company's Kita-Osaka Branch to realize a community where residents can live with peace of mind.

The Nippon Life Group aims to achieve 'a society where everyone can live with peace of mind, always,' and is advancing initiatives for solving social issues and improving sustainability across three domains: people, local communities, and the global environment. The company's Kita-Osaka Branch has been engaged in regional contributions such as health promotion and traffic safety, and has collaborated with Kawanishi City on various initiatives.

Specifically, they have cooperated in cancer awareness activities in collaboration with the city's health center, provided the 'Nissay Medical Expense White Paper' utilizing a national database managed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and also assisted in traffic safety awareness and lifelong learning. Furthermore, in fiscal year Reiwa 7 (2025), they donated 300,000 yen through the corporate version of the hometown tax donation system, which was utilized for a health point program for long-term care prevention and health promotion.
