Okayama Ichibangai and Sun Station Okayama Undergo Large-Scale Renovation

Sanyo SC Development Co., Ltd., which operates "Okayama Ichibangai and Sun Station Okayama," shopping centers directly connected to Okayama Station, will undergo a phased renovation from September 2026 to February 2027, with a total of approximately 50 stores newly opening or being renovated. In the first phase of the renovation in September, approximately 30 stores will open, including brands making their first appearance in Okayama, such as "JOURNAL STANDARD," "STARBUCKS Tea & Cafe," and "AKOMEYA TOKYO." Furthermore, Okayama Ichibangai will refresh common areas, including facility entrances, to be reborn with a sophisticated and familiar design in conjunction with this large-scale renovation.
