Ichikawa Danjuro Family Performance 'Path to Tradition' Komatsu Tickets Added to Furusato Nozei

Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture (Mayor: Katsuei Miyahashi), announced that it will offer first-class tickets for the 'Ichikawa Danjuro, Botan, and Shinnosuke: Path to Tradition' Komatsu performance, scheduled for August 22-23, 2026, as a Furusato Nozei gift. This special performance features the 13th Ichikawa Danjuro Hakuen, the 4th Ichikawa Botan, and the 8th Ichikawa Shinnosuke, aiming to pass down the traditional arts of Naritaya to the next generation. This is the first nationwide tour featuring the three family members together. The donation amount is 44,000 yen. The venue is the Komatsu City Danjuro Art Theater Urara. Komatsu City is famous as the setting for 'Kanjincho' and is dedicated to preserving Kabuki culture.
