Taiwan's Dellwa Enters Japanese Market, Filling Void of Domestic Distributor; Signs Agency Agreement with Kofuku Shoji for Japan Market

Kofuku Shoji LLC (Headquarters: Arakawa Ward) has signed an official distributor agreement with Taiwan's industrial storage manufacturer Dellwa for the Japanese market.

Previously, Dellwa products lacked an official distributor in Japan, making it challenging to establish a stable supply system. With this agreement, Kofuku Shoji will lead domestic expansion and promote market development.

"Stable Supply Model" to Change Industry Challenges

This initiative is expected to solve the following challenges specific to industrial applications:

- Realization of long-term supply through Fixed BOM (component fixed) - Stable lead times of standard 3-4 weeks - Support for wide temperature environments from -40°C to +85°C - Stable procurement of high-durability storage for industrial equipment

This is expected to reduce the significant burden on equipment manufacturers and SIers, such as "re-evaluation costs due to component changes" and "risks of sudden supply disruptions."

Covering the B2B Market with a 3-Channel Strategy

Kofuku Shoji will build a B2B sales network by simultaneously deploying the following three channels in the Japanese market:

- Daiwabo Information System "iDATEN": Nationwide DIS partner network - Amazon Business: Immediate delivery response for urgent small-lot demands in maintenance and operation sites - Own EC Site: Specialized portal offering technical information and verification environments

In particular, the company's own EC site will function not just as a sales channel but as a "technical portal" for engineers, offering the following content:

- Immediate acquisition of detailed datasheets and various certificates - Compatibility verification reports with domestic equipment - Loan of evaluation samples - Lifespan diagnosis and long-term supply roadmap

Future Schedule
