Keio University Yagami Innovation Laboratory (Location: 3-14-1 Hiyoshi, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa / Director: Munehiro Tada) will host the symposium "AI, Science and Technology, and Society" on Friday, June 26, 2026, to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the "Yagami Innovation Laboratory (commonly known as YIL)," an innovation hub opened at the Yagami Campus in April 2025. At YIL, we have been working on forming the "YIL Industry-Academia Collaboration Alliance*" for strategic collaboration. In this symposium, under the theme of "Physical AI," we will present the new possibilities brought by the fusion of artificial intelligence and the real world, showcasing related research by leading experts and Keio University faculty members. We aim for this symposium to serve as a hub for research, education, and social implementation, and to be an opportunity to explore future co-creation with the industrial sector.
