This event adds three new human resource service companies to the previously held "Exchange Meeting between High School Career Counselors and Companies." Purpose and Aims This exchange meeting has been held annually with the aim of enabling manufacturing companies and career counselors from high schools in Osaka City to directly exchange opinions, share the ideal human resources companies seek, their hiring needs, and points emphasized on-site, from the perspective of securing talent rooted in the local community. This year, the meeting will specifically align companies' hiring needs with the situations of job seekers (including registrants) for a wide range of talent, not limited to new graduates, but including experienced workers, re-employment seekers, and middle-aged/senior workers. High schools will share career path information for young people, and human resource service companies will share the employment needs and strengths of diverse talent, broadening the options for companies' recruitment methods and leading to more practical matching. Nishiyodogawa Ward Mascot Character: Ni-yon Background of the Event Osaka City is promoting the preventive care initiative "Sukai Project" under the slogan "～'Su'koyaka ni 'K'aigo yobo de 'I'i jinsei ～" (Healthy life with preventive care). In Nishiyodogawa Ward, to make preventive care easier to continue, efforts are being made along three axes: 1. Work (social participation, creating roles) 2.
