[Largan Precision] Completion of capital alteration registration for cancellation of treasury shares

Largan Precision announced that the competent authority approved its capital reduction due to the cancellation of treasury shares, and the registration of the change in paid-in capital was completed on May 11, 115. Before the capital reduction, the paid-in capital was NT$1,334,681,970, with 133,468,197 outstanding shares and a net value per share of NT$1,398.26. After the reduction, the paid-in capital decreased to NT$1,307,981,970, with 130,798,197 outstanding shares, and the net value per share increased to NT$1,426.80.
