[Dazhong Control] Announcement of Change in Independent Accountant

Dazhong Control announced on May 12, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved a change in its independent accounting firm. This change is due to internal organizational adjustments within the accounting firm, PwC Taiwan. Effective from the Q1 2026 financial statements, the lead auditor Lin Baiquan will be replaced by Yang Huici. Zhang Shuqiong will remain as the other auditor. The company was notified of this change on February 26, 2026. No adjustments or recommendations for internal control improvements were made by the previous auditors, and no disagreements arose.
