(Headquarters: Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture) has rebranded 'Tendon Yamato Aeon Town Fujimino,' located within the Aeon Town Fujimino food court in Fujimino City, Saitama Prefecture, as a new buffet-style concept featuring unlimited tempura and Shinshu Nii-hachi Soba. This renovation introduces a buffet style rarely seen in food courts, where ordering one main 'soba' dish allows for 60 minutes of unlimited refills on Shinshu Nii-hachi Soba, a variety of tempura, rice, and curry. The space is designed for everyone, from families to individuals, to enjoy their preferred meal.

## All-you-can-eat tempura, soba, and rice starting from 990 yen (tax included)

Aiming to allow more customers to enjoy Tendon Yamato's signature freshly fried tempura and authentic soba, the new concept offers 60 minutes of unlimited refills on soba, tempura fried in-store, and rice upon ordering one main soba dish. Customers can freely customize their meals, such as making their own original tempura rice bowls. Multiple types of tempura, such as shrimp and kakiage, are always available, alongside the popular homemade shrimp salt from Tendon Yamato.

## Enjoy Shinshu Nii-hachi Soba in various ways

'Shinshu Nii-hachi Soba' is used for the menu. Prices start from 990 yen (tax included) for 'Zaru Soba,' with various other types available. Choices include the hearty 'Pork and Vegetable Tsukemen Soba' for 1,480 yen (tax included) and the 'Refreshing Mushroom Salt Tsukemen Soba' for 1,380 yen (tax included), which highlights the ingredients' natural flavors. Refills can be enjoyed cold or hot, and can even be combined with curry, allowing customers to customize their dining style.
