3. About the Logistics Facility "DPL Fukushima Date" for Support and Cooperation

Our company develops BTS-type (Note 3) and multi-tenant logistics facilities nationwide, and has handled a total of 365 logistics facilities with a total floor area of approximately 15.14 million m2 (Note 4). In Fukushima Prefecture, we are developing a total of 5 logistics facilities, "DPL Koriyama I & II," "DPL Sukagawa," and "DPL Fukushima Nihonmatsu," with a total floor area of approximately 118,000 m2 (Note 5).

"DPL Fukushima Date" is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed within the "Date City New Industrial Park (Hobara Industrial Park)," which Date City completed in January 2023, and is located approximately 1 km from the "Date Chuo Smart Interchange" on the Tohoku Chuo Expressway. It offers excellent access to the Tohoku Expressway (approximately 15 km to Fukushima Junction, approximately 52 km to Murata Junction, and approximately 56 km to Koriyama Junction), as well as the Yamagata Expressway and Ban-etsu Expressway, making it suitable as a wide-area distribution hub for the entire Tohoku region. It is also located a 10-minute walk (approximately 800m) from Hobara Station on the Abukuma Express Line, and has approximately 100 parking spaces for employees, creating a good working environment for tenant company employees commuting to work.

Note 3: Build to Suit, a logistics facility exclusively for specific clients.
