"Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae" Full Renovation Grand Opening on Friday, May 1 (News Release)

Daiwa House Realty Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Mitsuhiro Ito) of the Daiwa House Group will grand open the fully renovated "Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae" in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, on Friday, May 1, 2026.

The hotel, located approximately a 5-minute walk from the Sakuradori Exit of Nagoya Station, opened in May 2008 and is now in its 19th year. In recent years, the area around Nagoya Station has seen an increase in both business travelers and inbound tourists, leading to more diverse accommodation purposes. Against this backdrop, the hotel has undergone a full renovation with the aim of meeting the needs of both business and tourist guests.

In this renovation, to accommodate the diversification of stay purposes, four new room types have been established: "Corner Twin," "Deluxe Corner Twin," "Superior Twin," and "Comfort Double." The number of twin-type rooms, which was previously 22, has been increased to 43, and the capacity of some rooms has been reviewed to set the capacity of all rooms to two people, expanding rooms suitable for stays by multiple guests. In addition, all rooms have undergone a refresh with new carpets and wallpaper, and furniture such as beds and sofas have been replaced, creating a clean and bright interior. The newly established four room types also feature ReFa shower heads and dryers. Furthermore, room types such as "Standard Double" continue to be equipped with wide desks suitable for work, providing a comfortable environment for business guests.

At the same time, the lobby has also been completely renovated. The colors of the floor and walls have been changed to brighter tones, refreshing the impression to be soft and elegant. A new baggage port has also been installed, allowing guests to store their luggage themselves before and after check-in and check-out, catering to the needs of tourists.

Moving forward, our company will continue to promote hotel renovations in response to diversifying needs, focusing on creating hotels where guests can spend their time more comfortably.
