Event Report: "DP-Lab Regional Connection Project King Skyfront Facility Tour & Quiz Rally" Held

Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. and Daiwa House Property Management Co., Ltd. organized the "DP-Lab Regional Connection Project King Skyfront Facility Tour & Quiz Rally" on March 26, 2026, in the Tonogaya Development Area of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This event is part of the Daiwa House Group's regional co-existence activities, aiming to utilize the Tonogaya development area as an open space for the community. The event targeted local residents, including children and adults, offering an educational and experiential program during the spring holiday period. Despite rain, the event attracted families and employees from nearby companies. Participants engaged in a quiz rally focusing on research topics and characteristics of King Skyfront, followed by a capsule toy lottery upon completion. A facility tour was also conducted, allowing participants to access areas usually closed to the public and deepen their understanding of the laboratory. Feedback from participants indicated satisfaction with the learning experience and the opportunity to visit the facility. The project plans to continue diverse regional co-existence activities, including disaster prevention events, sports events, festivals, facility tours, and workplace experiences.
