Composite Dog Resort 'Ruff-Laugh Chiba' Begins Accommodation Reservations on April 27, 2026 (News Release)

Cosmo Space Inc., a member of the Daiwa House Group (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryutaro Takachi), will pre-open the composite dog resort "Ruff-Laugh Chiba" (planned to open in Mobara City, Chiba Prefecture) on Saturday, May 30, 2026 (※1). This facility features nine guest rooms (Ruff-inn CABIN) each with a private dog run, a private tent sauna (※2) exclusively for overnight guests, and a fireplace area where guests can gather around a fire under the night sky. Day-use dog park access is also available without accommodation. Accommodation reservations will begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, simultaneously with the launch of special pre-opening commemorative plans to celebrate the grand opening. ※1 During the pre-opening period, all visitors can use the accommodation and day-use dog park facilities as usual. ※2 Reservations are required for the private tent sauna. "Ruff-Laugh Chiba" proposes an ideal lifestyle where both dogs and people can spend time freely, under the concept of a "Lifestyle Dog Park." Leveraging its convenient access, about one hour from the city center, it offers a new dog park experience that allows visitors to fully enjoy their day trip or to stay and relax. This project was proposed and adopted as part of the utilization of "Himeharu no Sato," which closed in 2020, under Mobara City's "Mobara Citizen Proposal System." Furthermore, we offer a private tent sauna (※) and a fireplace area exclusively for overnight guests, proposing a stay that allows for complete relaxation of mind and body.
