Daiwa House Parking Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Futoshi Sakai), a member of the Daiwa House Group, will grand open its flagship store "D-Wash (Dee-Wash) Kasugai Inter" in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture, on April 8, 2026.

While conventional car wash facilities prioritize functionality for washing cars, those with little experience in using car washes sometimes found them to be a high hurdle.

Therefore, our company has adopted the basic concept of "Car Wash + Towards a Lifestyle Space" and is developing "D-Wash" with the aim of creating a car wash facility that people want to stop by, rather than just a place to wash cars. Since August 2024, we have opened 14 car wash facilities in the Kanto, Hokuriku, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu areas. Each store has offered different car wash styles to meet diverse needs, catering to both those who seek ease in car washing and those who wish to meticulously care for their beloved cars.

The newly opening "D-Wash Kasugai Inter" will open as a flagship store that, in addition to conventional functionality, is also committed to the comfort of the space itself.

■Our Largest Flagship Store "D-Wash Kasugai Inter"

"D-Wash Kasugai Inter" is our largest car wash facility, located along National Route 19, with a site area of 2437.53㎡ and the highest number of facilities. Utilizing the spacious area, we have aimed for both functionality and comfort.

One of the on-site facilities, the drive-through car wash machine, has two high-speed units installed. Car washing can be completed in as little as 2 minutes, making it easy to use even during travel. Furthermore, with pure water specifications, wiping after washing is unnecessary, and there is no need to get out of the car, providing an environment considerate of parents with children who cannot be left unattended.

In addition, for those who wish to meticulously care for their beloved cars, we have provided 8 covered manual wash bays.

An event space will also be set up in the center of the facility, aiming to utilize it as a space that connects local residents. For example, we are considering plans that expand the enjoyment of car washing, such as product experience and sales promotion events by car wash chemical manufacturers. Furthermore, we have secured space to accommodate food trucks, incorporating elements of relaxation where people can stop by during car washing. We aim for a "Car Wash + Lifestyle Space" that makes people want to stop by, not just for the purpose of car washing.

■About the "D-Wash" Brand

The "D-Wash" brand is a stress-free car wash brand focused on water, with the concept of "Car Wash + Towards a Lifestyle Space."

For example, we are working to expand car wash facilities and services to satisfy both customers who want to quickly wash their cars with a car wash machine and those who want to wash their cars themselves using a bay. In addition, all water used is high-purity pure water (water refined by installing a large water purifier on site). Pure water contains almost no impurities such as calcium and magnesium, so water spots are unlikely to remain, to the extent that wiping after washing is unnecessary, and we recommend the "no-wipe style."

■"D-Wash" Dedicated App for Smart Car Washing

To make car washing more accessible and convenient, we will provide the car wash app "D-Wash" around mid-April. This app allows users to search for nearby stores, make cashless payments, reserve "manual wash bays" (※2), and use "drive-through car washes" with a subscription (※3), all from a single smartphone. It eliminates the stress of conventional complicated operations and waiting times, providing a smooth car wash experience. In the future, we aim to further integrate with our parking service "D-Parking" to realize a more convenient service that seamlessly connects car washing and parking.

※2. For car washing in "manual wash bays," advance reservations for bays are supported, and for "drive-through car washes" (car wash machines), QR codes for reception are issued.

※3. This is a monthly flat-rate service that allows you to use car washing by car wash machines. Three types of plans are available depending on the car wash service you use. This service is only for drive-through car washes.
