This facility is being developed and operated by our company as part of the "Integrated Land Utilization Project for the Area Around the North Exit Plaza of Kitakashiwa Station" promoted by Kashiwa City. Utilizing its location directly in front of JR Joban Line "Kitakashiwa Station," we have been advancing urban development with the dual goals of functioning as a hub that supports the daily lives of local residents and fostering community connections.
The facility, consisting of four buildings (Building A, B, C, D), will house a total of 17 stores. Shops closely integrated with daily life, such as the supermarket "Belx," the drugstore "Matsumoto Kiyoshi," the 100-yen shop "Seria," and "FIT-EASY," a fitness club making its first appearance in Chiba Prefecture, will open. Additionally, "Medical Mall Across Plaza Kitakashiwa," bringing together various medical departments, will be established on the 1st and 3rd floors of Building A. The store composition is designed to be convenient for a wide range of generations, from families raising children to seniors, characterized by its high level of convenience in meeting daily needs in a one-stop manner.
