DPLT GK, as the issuer (client) of the publicly offered real estate security token "Daiwa House Logi Token – Kadoma/Tomisato – (Digital Name Registration Transfer Method)" (hereinafter "the Fund"), which is expected to be managed by Daiwa House Real Estate Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Daiwa House Real Estate Investment Advisory") as asset manager, hereby announces the performance forecast and distribution forecast for the first period (fiscal year ending February 2027) and the second period (fiscal year ending August 2027).

1. About the Fund

The Fund is expected to pay distributions twice a year, funded by the cash flow generated from BTS-type logistics facilities (※1): "D Project Kadoma IV" and "D Project Tomisato" (hereinafter "Target Properties").

(※1) BTS (Build-to-Suit) Logistics Facility

A logistics facility designed according to the specific requirements of a particular tenant.
