Producer's Voice

Hiroaki Nakajima

Mr. Hiroaki Nakajima, who grows various vegetables including corn, edamame, and broccoli, has been involved in vegetable farming for over 45 years. He shared, "Corn is a crop that is weak against wind and rain and is easily affected by the weather," and "The timing of harvest is difficult, and I am serious every morning."

He added with a smile, "It's rewarding when people say it's delicious because I put a lot of effort into manual labor. It's important to deliver safe and fresh vegetables. Please try our delicious vegetables harvested this morning."

Early Morning Harvested Corn

Gold RushDolce Dream

Mr. Nakajima grows 'Gold Rush,' characterized by its yellow kernels and rich sweetness, and 'Dolce Dream,' characterized by its two-colored yellow and white kernels.

He recommended, "It's recommended to cook them in the microwave, as it eliminates the hassle of boiling water and prevents nutrients and sweetness from dissolving into the water."
