### Lecture by Coach Susumu Hara

On July 12, Coach Susumu Hara of the Aoyama Gakuin University Track and Field team will hold a lecture titled 'How to Build a Winning Organization,' sharing the secrets behind his team's success.

- Date: July 12 (Sun), 1:30 PM (Doors open 12:30 PM) - Venue: Heartpia Harue Main Hall - Capacity: 500 people (Ages 16+, Free admission) - Registration: Via return postcard to the City Sports Association (Deadline: June 12)

### 19th Sakai City Kojo Marathon

On November 8, the annual 'Sakai City Kojo Marathon' will take place. This year's special guests include Mizuki Noguchi, the 2004 Athens Olympics women's marathon gold medalist, and fitness producer AYA.

- Date: November 8 (Sun) - Location: Around Maruoka Castle (Kasumigajo Park Fureai Square) - Events: 6 categories across 32 divisions including half marathon, 10km, 5km, 3km, 2km, and wheelchair 2km. - Guests: Mizuki Noguchi (participating in 10km), AYA (participating in 5km, providing fitness instruction) - Registration: Scheduled to begin in mid-July
