A 'Stayable' Cruiser Yacht Appears Along the National Highway in Kochi

Kano Construction Co., Ltd. offers a special stay experience at its 'NAMI TERRACE GEISEI' accommodation facility in Geisei Village, Kochi Prefecture. The facility utilizes a 46-foot cruiser yacht, 'CHRISTINA ROSETTI', originally manufactured by the world-renowned French yacht maker BENETEAU, as a hotel guest room. Placed on land, this yacht provides an extraordinary accommodation experience that feels like traveling on the sea. As a limited-time bonus for the summer of 2026, guests will receive local Kochi craft beer in their rooms. The yacht was designed by Bruce Farr, with styling by Italian design firm PININFARINA. The owner created this facility with the desire to share the appeal of yachts with a broader audience, rather than just shipowners. The yacht features two bedrooms and an interior that is more spacious than imagined, offering a sense of a 'secret hideaway for adults.' In addition to the yacht, the facility includes container house buildings and detached guest rooms, totaling four accommodation buildings. It also serves as a location for television programs and magazines, promoting a new tourism feature for Kochi.
