One-Night-Only Bon Odori Event at Meieki Parklet (Former Meitetsu Leisure Site) on July 10

Meitetsu Urban Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; President and CEO: Hiroshi Hibi) will host a "one-night-only Bon Odori" event on July 10 at Meieki Parklet, an urban plaza that opened in August 2025.

Last summer's highly successful Bon Odori event returns this year as a special one-night-only program. Featuring a variety of activities that capture the essence of a Nagoya summer, this event invites both local residents and visitors to the Nagoya Station area to enjoy a unique summer evening together.

3. Event Program

(1) One-Night-Only Bon Odori (17:30–20:00)

Nagoya Mayor Hiroshi Hirozawa will participate!

An authentic Bon Odori dance around a traditional yagura tower, creating a sense of unity across generations through festive chants echoing across Nagoya Station at dusk.

(2) Food Trucks (17:30–21:00)

Food truck by Yonimo Samushin confirmed!

In addition, various food trucks offering takoyaki, yakisoba, fried chicken, and more will be available—fun options for both adults and children.

4. Additional Information

・On the day, a total of 5,000 "original fans" will be distributed at the venue, along with a limited quantity of glow-in-the-dark bracelets that light up the night at Meieki.

・A limited number of complimentary drinks will be offered to participants of the Bon Odori.

・Admission is free.
