The Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Location: Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya) along with the Chubu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Chubu Electronics Industry Promotion Association will establish a "Chubu Pavilion" as a joint booth for the Tokai and Hokuriku regions at "SEMICON Japan 2026," the largest exhibition in Japan for manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials in the semiconductor industry, in cooperation with the organizer, SEMI.
This time, we are recruiting companies aiming to enter the semiconductor industry located in the three Tokai prefectures (Aichi, Gifu, Mie) and the two Hokuriku prefectures (Toyama, Ishikawa) to jointly exhibit in this pavilion.

1. About "SEMICON JAPAN 2026"
This is an international exhibition for electronics manufacturing that covers everything from manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials in the semiconductor industry to SMART applications such as automobiles and IoT devices.

2. Recruitment Overview
(1) Eligibility
- Companies aiming to enter the semiconductor industry or expand their sales channels, with a base such as headquarters or factory located within the Chubu region (*), or are members of the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Chubu Electronics Industry Promotion Association. (*) Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Toyama, and Ishikawa prefectures, which are under the jurisdiction of the Chubu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry. - Exhibiting content must align with the exhibition scope (*) of "SEMICON Japan 2026." (*) Exhibition Scope: Manufacturing technologies (including parts processing) equipment, materials in the semiconductor industry, as well as related technologies such as IT and software. - Must be able to assign personnel for the loading/unloading of exhibits and for the duration of the exhibition from opening to closing.
(2) Number of Companies to Recruit
- Approximately 30 companies (planned) * Please note that the secretariat may select exhibiting companies based on the application status.
(3) Participation Fee
- ¥390,000 (excluding tax) / Member companies of the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chubu Electronics Industry Promotion Association - ¥450,000 (excluding tax) / Non-member companies * Invoices will be issued to each company by the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry after the exhibiting companies are finalized. <Exhibition Benefits> ▶ The secretariat will support exhibition procedures and on-site operations. ▶ A consultation session with semiconductor experts from the Chubu Electronics Industry Promotion Association is planned. ▶ An exhibitor networking event will also be held to enhance exhibition effectiveness. <Booth Specifications> ▶ Assigned exhibition space per company: W1.4m x D1.0m x H1.0m (planned) * A business negotiation space and stockyard (shared within the pavilion) will be provided separately. * Booth specifications are current plans. Specifications and provided content may be partially changed due to material prices and procurement status influenced by international situations, etc. ▶ The amount includes basic decoration (system display stand, electricity, company name board). * Costs for exhibit production, transportation, travel, and accommodation will be borne by each company.

3. Seminar on New Entry into the Semiconductor Industry
In addition to information about exhibiting at the SEMICON Japan 2026 Chubu Pavilion, this seminar will provide an easy-to-understand introduction to semiconductor basics, manufacturing processes, examples of use in the automotive field, and future technology trends.
Furthermore, it will provide an opportunity to consider how your company's strengths and accumulated technological capabilities can be utilized in semiconductor-related fields, incorporating actual entry case studies.
Participation in this seminar is not a prerequisite for applying to exhibit.
