MAMIDORI Daifuku features a rich matcha filling made with premium matcha, while carefully selected mochi flour and butter contribute to a perfectly balanced sweet, savory, and slightly bitter flavor—creating what the brand calls a blissful matcha dessert. It is MAMIDORI's flagship product.

MAMIDORI Macaron is a rich matcha macaron distinguished by its vibrant green chocolate coating and ganache filling.

MAMIDORI Madeleine, a new product launched in April 2026, offers the strongest bitterness and aroma among the three items. Its bold matcha flavor pairs beautifully with a smooth white chocolate coating infused with matcha.

All products use only rare, premium matcha grown in Wazuka-cho, Kyoto—the heart of Japanese tea country—with no artificial coloring or flavoring. The brand captures the true depth of matcha’s umami, fragrance, and natural green hue, which are difficult to achieve in mass-market desserts.

All items are suitable for frozen storage, with shelf lives of approximately 1 to 2 months, and come individually wrapped. You can take out only what you want to eat from the freezer and thaw before enjoying.
