Podcast Studio Chronicle Establishes New Corporation "Chronicle Inc." and Transfers Podcast Production Business

Godo Kaisha Nomura Jimusho (Representative: Takafumi Nomura), which operates the podcast production label "Podcast Studio Chronicle," established a new company, "Chronicle Inc." (President and CEO: Takafumi Nomura) on July 1, 2026.

With the establishment of the new corporation, the podcast production business, which had been operated as a division of Godo Kaisha Nomura Jimusho, has been transferred to the new company.

Since its founding in January 2022, Podcast Studio Chronicle has been involved in the planning and production of audio content, primarily in the business, economics, and education fields, as a division of Godo Kaisha Nomura Jimusho. As of June 2026, approximately 1,000 podcasts are produced annually, and the total number of followers for operated programs (excluding social media) exceeds 270,000, demonstrating steady business expansion.

In recent years, in addition to expanding its own programs, the company has engaged in brand podcast production with corporations and educational institutions, opened its own studios, and published its produced programs into books. Against this backdrop, the establishment of the new corporation was undertaken to prepare a structure as a specialized company and further accelerate the audio content business.

The label name "Podcast Studio Chronicle," the distribution system for each program, the production team, and the contact points for inquiries will remain unchanged after the transfer.

Our flagship program, "News Connect ~5 Minutes to Connect You with the Economy~," explains important global mega-trends, focusing on international politics and overseas business scenes, in 5 minutes every weekday morning. On Saturdays, Takafumi Nomura hosts interviews with individuals active in business, culture, and academia in a video podcast format. On Sundays, we broadcast a weekend edition with Mr. Makoto Shiono, CEO of Incubation Co., Ltd., reviewing the week's news with casual conversation.

In June 2026, a "Yukan" (evening news) edition was newly established, featuring novelist Keiichi Iwai and economic caster Manami Sasaki as new personalities, operating with a 7-day-a-week update system.
