Plum LLC (Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will open the hotel "HAKONE CALLING" on July 17, 2026 (Fri), a 1-minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station.

The concept of HAKONE CALLING is "Connect with Hakone, Connect with Yourself."

Face Hakone's rich nature and face yourself in a "Zen"-like space.

HAKONE CALLING is this new kind of hotel.

Mt. Kōyō,

Jigokudani,

Hiryu Falls,

Mitara no Ike Pond—.

Many old place names remain in Hakone.

Just as these names are imbued with the thoughts of people who lived in harmony with nature, we believe that by facing Hakone's nature, we who live in modern times can also listen to our own "voices," such as feelings of "gratitude" and "awe."

HAKONE CALLING, leveraging its location at the gateway to Hakone, just a minute's walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station, will offer various services to customers seeking tourism, mountain climbing, or a weekend respite, allowing them to use it as an entrance to Hakone's historic nature and to themselves.

Room Information

The interior is designed with Zen aesthetics.

We have incorporated elements that stimulate the five senses, such as the texture and scent of wood, and the play of light.

A space for meditation and yoga is provided on the rooftop, offering time to relax and distance yourself from daily life.

Furthermore, we are planning guided tours of Hakone's forests and mountains, proposing stays that allow guests to experience not only the hotel but also the land of Hakone itself.

A preview event will be held prior to the opening ■

On July 10 (Fri) and 11 (Sat), 2026, we will hold a preview event where you can see the hotel before its opening.

On the day, you can freely tour the facilities while we introduce the kind of stays HAKONE CALLING aims to offer and our efforts leading up to the opening.

We also welcome your thoughts, such as "I'd like to have this kind of stay" or "It would be interesting to have this kind of experience."

We hope this will be the first opportunity to grow HAKONE CALLING together with the local community and visitors.

* The entrance is located in the passage between "Sugi Hōyōen" on the 1st floor and Sobadokoro "Tobiume."

* There is no parking available on the day. Please use nearby coin parking.

HAKONE CALLING is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the green building.

Plum LLC operates conceptual accommodations related to Odawara, such as Odawara's first guesthouse "plumhostel," the traditional inn "RYOKAN PLUM," and a private rental inn where you can stay with your dog, "Inu to Umibe."
