■ Founding Report from Representative Inui
Original Experience of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and "Mutual Help DX" Following a warm exchange of business cards and opening remarks, participating members introduced themselves.
Our network is a "Bousaishi organization" established through strong collaboration between "local residents" and "workers engaged in national duties" based in Chiyoda-ku. The members who visited this time are professionals with diverse specialties such as AI crisis management, communications/IoT, and system development, while simultaneously being certified "Bousaishi" with high awareness and practical knowledge of disaster prevention. We also informed them that a practicing physician (Bousaishi) and strong observers like Mr. Minoru Kihara (Weather Forecaster/Bousaishi) are participating.
- Report of Establishment and Declaration of Resolve by Representative Inui
Subsequently, Eiichiro Inui, who serves as Representative and Secretariat, delivered a presentation on the "Origins of Establishment" and the "Vision" of this network.
1. The Thought at the Origin of Establishment
"When I was 28, I experienced the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. I still vividly remember the backs of my seniors who worked tirelessly for reconstruction after the city collapsed in an instant. More than 30 years have passed since the earthquake. Now it is our turn to create a safe and secure society together with the youth who will build the future, the 'people of the future.' With that single determination, I established this network together with like-minded Bousaishi colleagues."
2. The Vision of Our Organization
"We are professionals with diverse careers, an 'intentional platform' where those who share a sense of mission as 'Bousaishi' gently connect across corporate and organizational boundaries. IT engineers, electrical engineers, physicians, and creators. We bring together the knowledge each has cultivated, 'reconnecting' the excellent IT tools currently before us, and pursue a flexible approach to generate new synergies. By mixing diverse professionals with specialized knowledge in disaster prevention, we will explore a new era of 'mutual help' that gently and surely fills the gaps in public assistance."
3. Our Important Guidelines
Fostering loose "connections" Through casual interactions like emergency food lunches, we nurture "visible, trusted relationships" in peacetime that will save lives during emergencies. Making "DX" a standard practice in occupational fields.
